New Resource Group are looking to recruit 4 Line Leaders for a busy food manufacturing site in Westbury. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with previous FMCG experience and strong team coordination skills.

Shifts:

* Day Shift (Sept-Oct): Mon-Fri, 7:30am-3:30pm

* Night Shift (from Nov): 7:00pm-7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production line activities

*

Delegate tasks and monitor team performance

*

Ensure product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards

*

Complete production paperwork accurately

*

Report and help resolve any production issues

What We're Looking For:

*

Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing

*

Team leadership or coordination experience

*

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

*

Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene and allergen awareness

*

Confident using Microsoft Office
