Position: Premises Assistant

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only (with potential holiday hours)
Pay: £95-£115 per day (depending on experience)

We are always on the lookout for Premises Assistants to support our fantastic network of schools across Richmond and surrounding areas. As a trusted education recruitment agency, we work closely with schools to place dependable and proactive support staff who help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

🔹 The Role:

As a Premises Assistant, you'll work alongside the Site Manager or Premises Team to support the daily upkeep, safety, and functionality of the school. Duties typically include:

Assisting with opening and closing the school

Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance

Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld

Supporting with room setups and general site duties

Reporting and addressing any site-related issues promptly

🔹 What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or premises support role

A proactive and flexible approach to day-to-day tasks

Good awareness of health & safety practices

Strong reliability and communication skills

A willingness to be hands-on and take initiative

🔹 Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in a school or public building setting

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or DIY repairs

Enhanced DBS (we can support with this if needed)
