Job Role: Mechanical Engineer

Salary: 40k

Location: Stratford Upon Avon

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

An excellent opportunity has become vacant on my desk. My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK's leading FM companies in technically challenging buildings within Stratford Upon Avon. A salary up to 40k with the chance to boost your earnings with overtime.

Key Tasks:

* Maintain mechanical plant including pumps , AHU'S

* Diagnose faults and carryout necessary remedial repair on systems, plant and equipment when required

* Work in accordance with given instructions, safe working practices and method statements ensuring relevant documentation is completed in an accurate timely manner and filed correctly

* Carry out PPM and reactive tasks

* Be a good communicator and work well in a team

Requirements:

* City & Guilds or NVQ mechanical engineering, plumbing or heating ventilation level 1, 2,

* 2+ years minimum experience
