Salary up to £30,000 plus yearly Bonus!

Location: Harlow - Office Based
Hours: 08:30-16:30 / 09:00-17:00

You will be supporting and working alongside the company's Executive Assistant, as well as the CFO and other directors, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: ( duties not limited to)
As our Senior Admin Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing schedules and coordinating meetings for senior management.
Arranging events for the team.
Overseeing company stationery and ensuring team needs are met.
Assisting with HR duties (starter packs, IT equipment, etc.).
Supporting the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Handling correspondence and maintaining communication channels.
Supporting project management tasks and various administrative functions.
Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documents are organised and accessible.
Assisting with travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
Collaborating with various departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Who You Are:

Is flexible with a hands-on approach and can manage re-activeness while happily helping where needed.
Is forward-thinking and supportive of your team.
Possesses excellent communication skills.
Is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with ease.
Holds a valid driver's licence and is willing to travel as needed.
