Social Worker - Case Management / Court Teams

Rate: £33.30 per hour

Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days visiting families or working from home)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Case Management or Court Teams. This is a dynamic and rewarding role for someone who thrives on variety and is passionate about supporting families and protecting children. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload involving: Children in Need (CiN) Child Protection (CP) Plans Public Law Outline (PLO) Care Proceedings Work directly with families to ensure the safety and long-term wellbeing of children. In the Court Team, manage a protected caseload of children involved in legal proceedings. Collaborate with a supportive management team and access resources across the service.

Requirements: Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration. Experience in CiN, CP, and Care Proceedings is essential. Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills.
