Do you have retail experience and are you ready to take the lead in growing business? As the Production Director, you'll be the driving force behind high-impact retail and experiential projects across the UK and beyond. Based at the UK HQ, you will lead projects from concept to completion, acting as the bridge between internal teams, clients, and trusted external suppliers. �?
Job Title: Production Director
Location: West London
Salary: up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits: 20 days annual leave in contract, but it is unlimited provided sign off from line manager, private medical insurance, life insurance, £500 annual well-being allowance, pension, etc.! You will also have the opportunity to travel across 2-3 times per year for client work (across UK, Europe and USA!) ??

Key Responsibilities:
- As Production Director, you'll be at the helm of overseeing operations for clients, steering projects from conception to completion. Your day-to-day will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of projects to ensure high-quality output - including managing Project Managers, liaising with retail Brand/Marketing Managers to bring projects to life, and managing budgets of up to £500k
- Be savvy about costs and spot opportunities to save money or make things more efficient - work with external suppliers and oversee RFPs and tenders, ensuring project is cost efficient
- Stakeholder management - client-facing role responsible for formulating retail ideas with clients and then executing projects with the team to full completion
- Collaborating with creative teams to bring innovative ideas to life
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- This role requires a deep understanding of physical production, retail environments, and brand experience
Who You Are:
- We're seeking a leader who is not only skilled but also brimming with enthusiasm! You should have
- Retail experience in project/production management, preferably from some sort of creative/production background (visual merchandising, store openings, in-store displays, etc.)
- Proven leadership skills with a knack for team motivation
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills - you know how to get your message across!
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
