Based at the UK HQ, you will lead projects from concept to completion, acting as the bridge between internal teams, clients, and trusted external suppliers. �?

Job Title: Production Director

Location: West London

Salary: up to £60,000 (depending on experience)

Benefits: 20 days annual leave in contract, but it is unlimited provided sign off from line manager, private medical insurance, life insurance, £500 annual well-being allowance, pension, etc.! You will also have the opportunity to travel across 2-3 times per year for client work (across UK, Europe and USA!) ??

Key Responsibilities:

• As Production Director, you'll be at the helm of overseeing operations for clients, steering projects from conception to completion. Your day-to-day will include:
• Overseeing all aspects of projects to ensure high-quality output - including managing Project Managers, liaising with retail Brand/Marketing Managers to bring projects to life, and managing budgets of up to £500k
• Be savvy about costs and spot opportunities to save money or make things more efficient - work with external suppliers and oversee RFPs and tenders, ensuring project is cost efficient
• Stakeholder management - client-facing role responsible for formulating retail ideas with clients and then executing projects with the team to full completion
• Collaborating with creative teams to bring innovative ideas to life
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• This role requires a deep understanding of physical production, retail environments, and brand experience

Who You Are:

• We're seeking a leader who is not only skilled but also brimming with enthusiasm! You should have
• Retail experience in project/production management, preferably from some sort of creative/production background (visual merchandising, store openings, in-store displays, etc.)
• Proven leadership skills with a knack for team motivation
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills - you know how to get your message across!
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
