We are seeking a dedicated School Office Administrator to join our team on an ongoing basis starting from Monday, 3rd June. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s front office, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and addressing parental queries with efficiency and care.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the school, greeting visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly and directed to the appropriate staff members.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, and organising school correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised front office area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
  • Assist in the management of student records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support the coordination of school events and meetings, including preparation of materials and communication with participants.
  • Handle parental queries with discretion and empathy, providing accurate information and guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role; previous school office experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software (e.g., computers, printers, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour.
