My client is an established and prestigious Financial Services provider based in Northampton. Due to the continue success of the business and subsequent growth of the Risk Management function they are currently recruiting for a Senior Operational Risk Manager.

Reporting into the CRO your main responsibilities will include;

* Support the enhancement and maintenance the Operational Risk Framework

* Support the enhancement of the risk management system

* Support the improvement and production of the bank's operational risk processes and reporting

* Promote the three lines of defence model and a culture of ownership and accountability for risk across the business.

You will be an Operational Risk professional with a minimum of 3 years experience. Experience within the Banking sector is desirable although not essential. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package. This is a hybrid role and requires a minimum of 2 days a week in the office
