Job Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Reach Truck / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Patchway, Bristol (BS34). This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role offering a competitive hourly rate and stable working hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for forklift operation as well as general warehouse duties, supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

* Loading and unloading goods from lorries and internal storage areas

* Moving, stacking, and replenishing stock within the warehouse

* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

* Using hand held scanners and warehouse computer systems (WMS)

* Conducting basic forklift checks and reporting any faults

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

* Adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures

Requirements

* Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, or equivalent)

* Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment

* Confident using scanners and basic computer systems

* Good attention to detail and accuracy

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

* Strong time management and reliability

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
