Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor / CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer)

We are currently working with a well-regarded firm seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team based in Brackley.

The Role

You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end conveyancing process within agreed timeframes
• Handling a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
• Conducting title checks, searches, and raising enquiries
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and fraud prevention
• Managing all financial aspects of transactions, including SDLT and Land Registry submissions
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
• Experience using a case management system
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
