GSL Education are currently recruiting for a qualified Primary Teacher to deliver engaging lessons and ensure continuity of learning across primary year groups in Tunbridge Wells. This role is ideal for experienced teachers, ECTs, or professionals seeking a balanced work-life schedule.

The role:

As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will step into the classroom with confidence, ensuring lessons are delivered effectively and children's progress is maintained. You'll work with existing lesson plans and collaborate with a welcoming team of staff. This role offers excellent exposure to a range of key stages and a chance to develop your classroom experience within a reputable educational setting.

Responsibilities of Supply Primary Teacher:

Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on need
Follow provided lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to suit pupil needs
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Communicate effectively with colleagues and school leaders
Provide written or verbal feedback on pupil progress if required
Support pupils' academic, emotional, and social development
What we need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent in the UK is essential
Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
Adaptable, reliable, and committed to high standards of teaching
Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
