Key Responsibilities
• Support pupils across Years 3-6, particularly those working below age-related expectations
• Deliver tailored intervention programmes and adapt materials to suit learners' individual needs
• Work with pupils with mild SEN, including ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language needs
• Encourage positive attitudes to learning and help children build essential skills for success
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to track progress and celebrate growth

Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience supporting Key Stage 2 pupils or working in primary education
• A calm, resilient, and caring approach
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• TA qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, CACHE, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
