NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Wealth Management practice who deliver bespoke advice to Private Clients, Business Owners, Trustees, and Sports Professionals across the UK. Due to continued growth and client success, they are now looking for an enthusiastic and organised Financial Planning Administrator to join their close-knit team in Leicestershire.

The Role

You’ll be part of a dynamic team of Advisers and Paraplanners, supporting the delivery of exceptional client service and ensuring the advice process runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing client meeting packs, valuations, and documentation
  • Managing adviser diaries and booking client reviews
  • Handling Letters of Authority and liaising with providers
  • Updating client records, CRM systems, and follow-up actions
  • Producing client correspondence and post-meeting summaries
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients — delivering a warm, professional service
  • Supporting the administration of new business and fund switches

About You

You’ll be an experienced, proactive administrator who takes pride in their attention to detail and communication skills.

Minimum 1 year’s experience in Financial Services administration

Excellent organisational and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A confident communicator with strong client service focus

A team player who enjoys taking ownership of their work

Keen to develop professionally – support for qualifications is provided
