Salary: £70000 - £100000/annum + full benefit package


One of the UK's leading Fit out Contractor who are busier then ever, proving successful time and time again against their competitors are on the market seeking a capable Project Manager to join their already successful Project Delivery team. The ideal Project Manager will have proven experience of delivering commercial Fit out projects from £1m-£10m

They are looking for an exceptional and aspirational talent who with the support of the commercial team can successfully tender and win projects and deliver from inception to completion, they offer an excellent package and a long-term stable career for the right candidate


Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -

* Produce technical tender submissions documentation as required
* Manage project team to deliver a successful project
* Develop, monitor and control strategic construction programming
* Manage the design process
* Attend all project meetings
* Carry out daily snagging inspection walk rounds
* Hold regular sub-contractor coordination meetings
* Assist Commercial Manager in controlling the commercial risk
* Lead and coordinate design workshops with consultants and sub-contractors
* Carry out a regular review of prelims expenditure with the Commercial Manager
* Responsibility for site HSE
* Build long term client relationships


My client is looking for a Project Manager with experience of managing Cat A and Cat B Fit-out projects ranging from £1- £10m. You will need to have proven experience of managing projects from inception to completion, the ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience: -

* Delivered Fit out Projects ranging from £2-10m
* Experience working in Commercial Offices
* Ideally professionally qualified
* Experience managing projects up to £10m
* Highly proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Meticulous and highly organized
