Key Accountabilities

Lead internal communications, support the merger, deliver events, create clear multi-channel content, and engage stakeholders across the university. Ensure quality, consistency, and continuous improvement using data and insight.

General:

Collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, manage risks, and uphold university values.

Self-Management:

Manage priorities, work independently, stay organised, and keep leadership informed.

Profile

Experience leading internal communications activity within a large or complex organisation.

Experience overseeing and creating engaging communications content for multiple channels and audiences.

Experience planning and delivering high profile corporate events on time, and to budget, including staff celebration and recognition events.

Experience managing communications projects or campaigns from planning through to delivery. Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders and building effective professional relationships.

Experience supporting organisational initiatives through clear and effective communications.

Experience leading matrix- and/or project-teams to deliver high quality corporate communications
