Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and join a friendly, fast-paced warehouse team in Northampton? Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to support their growing operation. This is a temp to perm role with great potential for long-term stability and growth.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking and packing spare parts with precision – including handling tiny screws, so attention to detail is key!
• Answering incoming calls and assisting with basic customer enquiries
• Using simple computer systems to manage inventory and process orders
• Working closely with a small, supportive team of 4 to keep things running smoothly
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe

 What We’re Looking For:

• Confident using computers and basic systems
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Strong numerical skills
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Forklift licence is a bonus – but don’t worry if you don’t have one, training can be provided!

• Competitive salary of £26,000 plus performance-based bonuses
• Monday to Friday schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours/week)
• £50 attendance allowance
• £85 bonus for valid forklift licence holders
