You will review the current CRM solution, assess technical changes, and help deliver upgrades or improvements. You will work closely with the business, solution designers and the support team.Key Responsibilities:

• Review the current CRM solution and recommend any immediate technical changes.
• Support requirements gathering and solution design.
• Deliver technical changes and support testing.
• Provide guidance and awareness to the support team.

Key Skills:

• MS Dynamics Technical Developer / Designer – essential
• Experience supporting requirements and test phases – preferred
• MS Dynamics add-ons such as Click Dimensions – nice to have
• Business analysis experience – nice to have
• Working in a multi-stakeholder environment – preferred
• Data cleansing and bulk data upload – preferred
