Our client, a national childcare business, is looking for an area operations manager to manage 50 nursery sites across the South/South West.

About the Role

As an area manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple nursery sites, ensuring that each location meets the company's standards for quality and service.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations of 50 nursery sites.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Train and develop staff to enhance performance.

* Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.

* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

* At least Level 3 in Childcare

* Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the nursery or childcare sector.

Required Skills

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.

* Experience with Early Years.

* Area/multisite management within early years childcare.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with early childhood education programs.

* Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the childcare industry.

* Experience with Ofsted.

Pay range and compensation package

£65,000 Car allowance, Bonus, 25 days holiday and additional benefits
