Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £18000 - £20000 / annually

We are currently on the look out for someone who is passionate about delivering fantastic customer service and has an interest in building a career in property management. Our client is seeking a hardworking, ambitious and driven individual who would be a great addition to an already highly succesful team.

 

Salary - £18,000 - £20,000 DOE

Location - Borehamwood

Hours - Monday - Friday

 

Duties:

  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone and email
  • Manage electronic data including emails (respond within 24hrs)
  • First port of call for office phone 
  • Raising complaints with contractors if work carried out to a satisfactory standard
  • Follow up of H&S, FRA, Site Reports and lift engineering work by assisting the property manager to action all reports
  • Completing all site reports within 5 days
  • Communicate directly with property managers to make sure all orders can be raised and the correct fees are in place
  • Setting up or monitoring Insurance claims
  • Writing leaseholders and resident letters regarding different issues and obtain quotes for the issues
  • Work closely and support onsite staff to provide best possible service - making sure they have all materials needed for the onsite office
  • Assisting team with large projects
  • First point of contact for queries regarding the sites you manage 
  • Responsible for using in house systems correctly
  • Sourcing local contractors and carrying out site vistors when necessary
  • Suggesting cost cutter solutions when possible - negotiate contracts
  • Attend staff and client meetings 

 

Key requirements:

  • Interest in property management 
  • Desire to learn, develop and gain new skills and knowledge
  • 1 year Customer service experience (able to build good rapport)
  • Able to prioritise work loads and work to deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
