Systems Support Manager

Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Salary up to £45,000

Duration - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

As a Systems Support Manager, you will oversee systems-related support activities and business processes throughout the business. Your expertise will ensure the seamless functioning of our systems, optimising their use to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure systems are utilised effectively, offering advice and support where needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across various systems, including Dynamics 365, and Web Applications, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
• Oversee ServiceNow tickets, triaging system faults and working with IT to prioritise and resolve issues.
• Manage the request for change process, logging requirements, and collaborating with the IT Department.
• Support system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business process maps and guides are current.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in planning and managing User Acceptance Testing.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficient in supporting databases and web platforms.
• Familiarity with project governance and experience in project-based work.
