*

Provide direct care and support to children with complex emotional needs.

*

Support the implementation of individual care plans and behaviour management strategies.

*

Promote a trauma-informed approach to care at all times.

*

Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Home standards.

*

Act as a positive role model for children and staff alike.

*

Contribute to staff training and development.

What We're Looking For:

*

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Children and Young People) or equivalent - essential.

*

Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential childcare setting.

*

At least 12 months' experience leading or supervising shifts.

*

DOLS experience and understanding of trauma-informed models of care.

*

Strong leadership and team management skills.

*

Confident, resilient, and calm under pressure.

*

*

Good IT skills and ability to complete accurate documentation.

*

Full UK driving licence - essential.

*

A passion for working with children and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting their welfare.

Why Join Us?

*

Be part of building a new home and shaping a child-centred culture from day one.

*

Ongoing training and development opportunities.

*

Supportive and forward-thinking leadership team.

*

A chance to make a lasting difference in children's lives.
