Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:30 - 16:30

Pay: £13.50 per hour (starting rate)

Pay Progression: After training, earn £12.71 - £19.00 per hour depending on performance,

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Wood Mill Machinist to join a well-established and growing manufacturing team. This role offers excellent long-term prospects, with full training provided and opportunities to progress into higher pay bands.

• Operating CNC wood milling machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading wood materials
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Conducting routine machine maintenance and quality checks
• Working within a production team to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Previous CNC machining experience (wood preferred, but other materials considered)
• Ability to read measurements and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, hardworking attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop through training
• Ability to work a consistent 4‑day week (Mon-Thurs)
