My client is a leading regional learning disabilities care provider (not-for-profit), looking for an experienced, compassionate leader to join their management team. You will be passionate about ensuring that people with complex needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities and autism can lead exciting, fulfilling lives with as many opportunities provided to them as possible.

Your experience will include overseeing care quality and compliance, ensuring services are safe and well managed. This opportunity will see you taking the lead role across services including supported living, respite and also day services, with managers in each who you will mentor and develop.
