Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

We are recruiting for a well-established Asbestos / Environmental consultancy, with a strong reputation and busy portfolio of client sites. They are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, who has a switched-on and professional approach to their work. Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills as the role will involve liaising with clients and discussing technical matters in great detail. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalents)
- Will have strong experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
- Excellent technical knowledge of HSG 264, HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines
- Will have worked for a UKAS accredited company
- Good written and IT skills
- Hardworking attitude

The Role:
- Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across a mix of domestic, commercial and local authority client sites
- Conducting 4 stage clearances
- Completing personal, leak, background, smoke and reassurance air testing
- Working closely on asbestos removals projects to ensure safety guidelines are adhered to
- Producing detailed survey and analytical reports
- Meeting with clients to provide technical advice as well as answer any queries
- Travelling in line with company requirements
