Are you a proactive and motivated individual looking to be part of a supportive team. My client, based at our Brighouse site, is excited to offer a permanent day-based position within our busy service admin team.

About the Role:
As a key member of our dealership's team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient service operations, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include coding warranty and contractual jobs into our dealer management system, processing invoices and claims, and providing broad administrative support to the service department.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be an ex-technician with technical product knowledge and good computer literacy. Experience with the Keyloop system is a plus, but not essential. You should be confident in communicating effectively at all levels, demonstrate initiative, and be capable of working independently without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Code warranty and contractual jobs for input into our dealer management system

* Process invoicing and claims efficiently

* Provide general administrative support to the service team
