Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

£17.65 - 20.00 per hour PAYE

Full UK licence and access to own vehicle is essential

Full time

To organise and manage own workloads, working independently and under your own initiative in order to maximise income to the council whilst sustaining tenancies for our residents.
To have up to date relevant knowledge of housing law and all court protocols, ensuring that processes and decisions are applied in accordance with law and policy guidelines.
To ensure that appropriate methods of collections and appropriate sanctions are pursued, having regard to the means and circumstances of debtors, ensuring that due regard of the Equality Act is taken into consideration for all residents including those vulnerable.
To prepare witness statements and other relevant documentation including concise and accurate eviction warrant reports.
