This role offers the opportunity to lead transactions, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic development of the corporate finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the leadership and management of the Corporate Finance team alongside Directors and PartnersLead and project manage corporate finance engagements, ensuring delivery within timelines and quality standardsTake ownership of project execution, identifying and resolving issues ahead of Partner reviewBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorDevelop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and strategic objectivesContribute to the development of new and existing service linesIdentify and convert new business opportunities into Corporate Finance engagementsPlay an active role in business development, proposals, and marketing initiativesPromote and support cross-selling opportunities across the firmTeam & Leadership ResponsibilitiesManage, mentor, and develop junior team membersConduct performance management, appraisals, and trainingProvide coaching and guidance to support team member's career developmentAct as a role model, fostering a high-performance and collaborative cultureDeliver clear, constructive, and timely feedbackRequired Experience & SkillsACA / ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant experienceStrong experience within a Corporate Finance / Transactions environmentProven project management and leadership experienceStrong technical knowledge across corporate finance activitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Preferred ExperienceExperience in Capital Markets transactions and knowledge of relevant legislationTrack record in business development and client relationship management
