I am currently recruiting for an Electrical/Multi-Skilled Engineer for an ongoing temporary position based in Monument.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Overtime: Available if desired

The successful candidate will be client-facing and responsible for all electrical/mechanical maintenance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment availability.

Maintain building plant, equipment, and systems to meet/exceed service level agreements.

Respond to BMS alarms and carry out emergency repairs as needed.

Manage Permit to Work systems appropriately.

Maintain evaporative cooling and domestic water systems in line with L8 standards.

Ensure availability of suitable spares for maintenance tasks.

Keep comprehensive maintenance records (task sheets - hard copy or electronic).

Prepare and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks.

Supervise engineering subcontractors and ensure compliance with site processes.

Candidate Requirements:

18th Edition and Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience in a commercial environment.

Strong understanding of SFG20.

Experience supervising subcontractors.

Able to provide at least 2 references from the past 5 years.

Own safety boots and basic hand tools.
