Academics are seeking a confident and supportive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with pupils requiring additional behavioural support in a primary school in Dover.

What you'll do as a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant:

• Support pupils with behaviour regulation strategies
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Promote positive learning behaviours
• Build strong relationships with pupils
• Support the wider classroom environment

What we're looking for in a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant:

• Experience supporting behaviour needs (desirable)
• Calm and consistent approach
• Positive attitude and resilience
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
