A leading FM provider is seeking a mobile AC Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial buildings. You'll carry out PPM, reactive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure comfort and compliance across client sites.

What You'll Do

*

Maintain and repair VRV/VRF systems, splits, multi-splits

*

Service chillers, AHUs, FCUs (filters, belts, coil cleans)

*

Fault finding and reactive call-outs

*

Carry out compliance tasks and complete job reports

*

Work closely with clients to deliver a high-quality service

What You Need

*

NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)

*

F-Gas Category 1

*

Commercial building maintenance experience

*

Knowledge of HVAC plant and controls

*

Full UK driving licence
