Cityworx are recruiting a Head of Quality and Compliance on behalf of a large privately owned care provider.
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Quality and Compliance someone who is passionate about excellence and has the strength and vision to lead the Quality and Compliance function driving significant improvements in quality, enabling our client to become an OUTSTANDING provider within the social care sector.
The Head of Quality and Compliance will adopt a strategic approach managing substantial change and imbedding the right culture to include the implementation of a new quality and compliance system.
This position is home based with travel to various services across the country with overnight stays and to head office in Staffordshire
Essential criteria:
• Experience working within quality and compliance within a multi-site social care organisation
• Excellent leadership skills
• Shares company Values
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work autonomously, excellent initiative and proactivity
• Experience of managing and leading and managing a team of quality business partners
• Strong and proven strategic thinking skills
• Excellent knowledge of English and Welsh social care regulators
• Excellent written, interpersonal and IT skills
Desirable criteria:
• Proven track record of driving substantial change and quality improvement within a multi-site social care provider
• Diverse experience across all community based social care settings and client groups
• Experience of information and clinical governance
• Previous experience managing significant organisational change
