Looking for a role where you can make a big impact without the daytime chaos?

We're hiring a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-performing food manufacturing site that never sleeps — and needs someone like you to keep production running smoothly through the night.

People usually hear 'night shift' and instantly see the negatives. But let's flip the script. Nights aren't a downside — they're a game-changer:

Less traffic, fewer distractions - Just you, your team, and the tools to get things done.
Real ownership - With fewer people on-site, you're trusted to take the lead on breakdowns, maintenance, and improvement work.
Stand out - Night shifts are where the unsung heroes shine. Be the difference-maker that keeps the line rolling when no one else is watching.
What you'll be doing:

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of food production equipment.
Diagnosing faults and getting to the root of problems to keep downtime to a minimum.
Supporting site-wide engineering improvements and automation initiatives.
Working as part of a tight-knit night shift team with a shared goal: keep the plant running, no matter what.
What we're looking for:

Multi-skilled background (mechanical/electrical) ideally within food or FMCG manufacturing.
Experience with fast-paced production environments.
Someone who's cool under pressure, solution-focused, and loves the challenge of working nights.
What's in it for you:

Competitive salary + night shift allowance
Opportunities for training and progression
Supportive leadership and a business that invests in its people
The freedom and autonomy to make a real impact on shift
Ready to own the night?

Apply now and join a team that knows the night shift isn't second best — it's the best-kept secret in engineering
