We're seeking a dedicated practitioner to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based support for young people and their families affected by substance misuse. This role involves carrying a complex caseload, providing specialist assessments, care planning, and psychosocial interventions. You'll work closely with local youth services and multi-agency partners to improve family dynamics, resilience, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individual and group interventions addressing substance misuse.

Support clinical interventions such as prescribing and health screenings where required.

Engage families using a whole-family approach to tackle parental substance misuse.

Facilitate positive outcomes through tailored care plans and risk management.

Collaborate with partner agencies, ensuring safeguarding and child protection protocols are followed.

Promote and lead community outreach and educational campaigns.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in substance misuse services, ideally with young people and families.
