We are a Specialist Recruitment Agency specialised in supplying qualified Early Years & Dental professionals on both temporary and permanent basis. We cover London, Greater London and surrounding areas.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, hard-working and results-driven Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in recruitment and/or sales to join our team on a 9 months Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover) with potential of becoming a permanent role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong business development skills, ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, self-confidence and a driven, proactive attitude as well as a solid understanding of recruitment processes and tools.

Responsibilities

* Manage the full 360 recruitment process; own the entire recruitment process from winning new business to placing candidates and beyond.

* Proactively develop and build new business relationships whilst managing and expanding our existing pool of clients.

* Manage placements from short-term assignments to permanent roles (mainly manage placements for permanent roles and only annual leave cover for temporary/short-term assignments management).

* Collaborate with clients/hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition, define job roles and create detailed, accurate job descriptions.

* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidate.

* Screen CVs and applications, conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and fit with the organisation, and manage candidate expectations throughout the process

* Recruit candidates for placements on permanent basis with our clients and hiring candidates to join our team of Early Years Nursery Nurses on temporary/locum basis.

* Utilise various platform including social media, to identify, attract, and engage candidates and clients and promote job vacancies.

* Manage relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

* Conduct vetting process on all candidates and ensure all candidates meet the necessary compliance requirements.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on candidates and clients, candidate interactions, tracking all recruitment activity.

* Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity

* Meet sales targets and continue growing the desk

Skills

* Proven experience in recruitment and sales, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment process (experience within Early Years sector is a bonus).

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Confident in speaking with both candidates and clients

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Self-confidence and a driven, proactive attitude

* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach

* Excellent sales and negotiating skills
