Tier One Main Contractor delivering major Central London development's and commercial schemes is seeking a Electrical Project Director to take full ownership of the electrical packages.

The Role

• Lead electrical delivery across complex new build or commercial scheme
• Manage specialist subcontractors and consultants
• Oversee technical compliance and programme performance
• Drive commissioning and energisation strategy
• Act as senior electrical lead reporting into project leadership

Experience Required

• Large scale electrical package management experience
• Commercial or mixed use new build background
• Strong knowledge of commissioning and LV and HV systems
• Experience working for a main contractor or major MEP specialist
