Sprinkler Design Engineer - Hybrid

Salary/Package - £60,000 - £65,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits

Location - Birmingham

Permanent Position - Hybrid Role ( 3 to 4 days home )

We are recruiting for an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer to join one of the UK's fastest-growing privately owned sprinkler contractors. With three established offices and a strong pipeline of commercial projects, the company continues to expand and invest in high-calibre technical talent.

This is a hybrid position, offering four days per week working from home.

The Role

You will be responsible for the design and coordination of commercial sprinkler systems, delivering compliant, technically robust, and buildable solutions. The role requires a high level of autonomy and confidence in managing projects from concept through to detailed design.

Key Requirements

Extensive experience in commercial sprinkler system design

Strong proficiency in 3D design using Revit

In-depth understanding of LPC Rules and industry standards

Ability to produce accurate, coordinated drawings suitable for installation

Completion of the LPCB Basic Exam (via the Loss Prevention Certification Board) will position candidates toward the upper end of the salary range.
