Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new Care Manager to work within our clients residential care home specialising in LD , autism and demntia care .

Care Manager Vacancy Details:

• £31,000 per annum
• Excellent reputation
• mileage paid after 5 miles
• Annual bonus scheme
• 5-star experience

Care Manager main duties:

• Assist the day to day running of the service
• Lead a team of people to provide outstanding care
• Provide support, supervision, and mentoring
• To ensure effective running and allocation of work to a team of Seniors and Support Workers, including contributing towards managing the staff rota, performance, health and safety, infection control, conduct and attendance
• Practice within the guidance and legal framework of CQC Regulations and the Essential standards of Quality and Safety, Infection Control, Medication and Confidentiality, and National Medical Council's standards and guidance.
• Ensure Information Governance and confidentiality is adhered to at all times
