As our Sous Chef, you'll:

* Be the right hand to our Head Chef, helping lead the kitchen from the front

* Bring high energy, positivity, and attention to detail to every service

* Take pride in consistency, quality, and plating with personality

* Support with stock, rota, ordering, and all the things that keep a kitchen running smoothly

* Mentor junior chefs and help create a kitchen where people grow and thrive

What we're looking for:

* Experience in fast-paced, quality-driven kitchens - pizza experience a bonus, but not essential

* A true passion for great food, fresh dough, and fired-up ovens

* Calm under pressure, cool in a crisis, and always ready to roll

* A team player with a natural flair for leadership and a hunger to learn
