We have an exciting opportunity for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our team based in Preston!

We're looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to plan, manage, and monitor marketing strategy and campaign activity across the advice firms that operate in the later life lending market, in order to maximise enquiries from advisers.

This role is an integral part of the business and is ultimately responsible for nurturing relationships with our adviser base to ensure the Standard Life Home Finance brand is seen as the 'lender of choice'.

Key responsibilities of the B2B Marketing Manager:

Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing communications for the existing registered adviser database of Standard Life Home Finance. Working alongside and in collaboration with the other B2B teams to ensure more2life campaign messages are cascaded to the wider market (e.g. through Air Club, networks, and strategic partners)
Support the Head of Manufacturing Marketing with the development of the B2B / B2B2C marketing strategy and the tactical manufacturing marketing plan, maintain this plan by way of rolling monthly/quarterly updates
To ensure that all marketing activities are progressed and delivered on time, on budget, and meet a specific business/marketing objective, and ensure the brand messaging pillars and 'tone of voice' are accurately and effectively delivered through our comms
To produce ongoing status reports (marketing dashboard) and regular account campaign analysis reports as required, focusing on ROI
Act as the primary point of contact / liaison for key stakeholders within the business
Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns utilising different channels, using testing models to identify the most appropriate/effective approach to help improve ROI
Collaborate with the strategic partner team to research and review new marketing opportunities with mortgage networks, partners, and brokers and make recommendations on where to spend the budget and create bespoke marketing plans accordingly
Identify and test new and emerging media channels/campaign initiatives - demonstrate and report on outcomes from testing to evidence implementation of marketing best practice
To write effective copy (both off- and online) for marketing promotions and brochureware. Where necessary, brief and manage third party design/marketing agencies to assist with campaign execution
Ensure full compliance across all marketing activity where appropriate
Work in collaboration with all stakeholders across the business and be able, where necessary/required, to present marketing reports to Board levelThis B2B Marketing Manager role would suit candidates with experience in the following areas: Marketing, Marketing Manager, B2B, Finance, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive persuasive manner. Able to present /negotiate to Board level
