WE'RE HIRING - MOTORHOME ENGINEER
Based in Selston (national travel required when needed)
Full-time | Permanent | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours)
Trainee: £27k basic + bonuses to bring OTE to £30k | Qualified: £30k basic + monthly commission

We're looking for a Motorhome Engineer to join a growing team in Selston.

Qualified Motorhome/Caravan Engineers are preferred, but training is available for people from trade backgrounds such as joinery, coachbuilding, or gas plumbing who are looking for a career change.

What youll be doing:
- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining motorhomes and caravans
- Using skills in joinery, plumbing, electrics, or coachbuilding depending on your background
- Supporting customers nationally when required
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards
- Representing the business professionally with excellent customer service

Whats on offer:
- £30,000 basic salary for qualified engineers + up to £150 monthly commission + Christmas bonus (1.5% of gross annual earnings)
- Trainee role pays OTE of around £30k inclusive of bonuses, plus excellent training and development potential
- Full training provided for suitable trade backgrounds
- Monday-Friday, 9-5 (37.5 hours)
- Overtime available at 1.5x
