Music Teacher required from September 2025 - Full-Time, Permanent Role

Teach KS3-KS5 with ensemble leadership and support for GCSE/A-Level students

This respected independent school in Bath is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join its dynamic and creative department. The school enjoys a reputation for excellence in music, with regular concerts, choral tours, and an annual festival of music hosted on-site.

You will teach classroom Music from Year 7 to A-Level, lead ensembles, prepare students for ABRSM exams, and support music scholars. A specialism in vocal work, piano, or orchestral conducting would be advantageous.

Experience and Qualifications
• Music degree with teaching qualification (QTS or strong independent school experience)
• Ability to teach across key stages with confidence and creativity
• Experience running ensembles or choirs essential
• Confident in music technology and composition tools (Sibelius, Logic, etc.)
• Right to work in the UK
