We're seeking a Health & Safety Manager with a solid background in the construction sector to lead on critical aspects of health & safety compliance and risk mitigation across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health & Safety policies in line with current legislation and best practice.

Conduct risk assessments, method statements, and ensure compliance across all working environments - with a strong focus on working at heights, confined spaces, and hazardous materials.

Manage and monitor the effective use and compliance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) across all operations.

Lead site safety audits, incident investigations, and provide practical solutions to reduce risk.

Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions, embedding a culture of continuous safety improvement.

Maintain budget control for H&S initiatives, training, equipment, and compliance-related costs.

Liaise with external bodies and regulatory authorities as required.

Ensure compliance with IOSH and HSE standards and guidelines.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a Health & Safety Manager or Senior Advisor role within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, PPE compliance, and working at height regulations.

IOSH membership (TechIOSH or higher preferred). NEBOSH Construction Certificate desirable.

Demonstrated experience managing health & safety budgets.

Excellent communication and leadership skills - able to influence across all levels.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in fast-paced construction environments
