As an SEN Teaching Assistant in our challenging behaviour-focused class, you will play a crucial role in supporting students to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. This role requires a resilient individual who can maintain a strong approach during class time while fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with challenging behavior.
Implement behavior management strategies effectively to promote a positive learning environment.
Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of students.Requirements:

Experience working with students with challenging behaviour is essential.
A resilient and proactive attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Good energy and enthusiasm for supporting students with special educational needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is desirable but not essential.Contract Details:
