Financial Controller
Permanent, Full Time
North London (hybrid working)

We're seeking a qualified Financial Controller to join a growing, innovative organisation in the UK energy sector. You'll lead financial reporting, control, and operational finance across multiple entities while driving improvements in systems, governance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee monthly accounting and reporting cycles.

* Deliver high-quality management information and cash flow forecasts.

* Manage AP/AR, treasury, audits, and tax processes.

* Support acquisitions and new entity setup.

* Lead and develop a small finance team.

* Drive process improvements and system implementations.

About You:

* ACA (or equivalent) qualified with 3+ years' commercial experience.

* Strong technical accounting and leadership skills.

* Proven ability to deliver under pressure.

* Energy background would be valuable but isn't essential.

Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience)
