Salary: £400 - £450 per day
A fast-growing company in Hemel Hempstead is looking for an Interim Group Reporting Manager to support the finance team for a minimum of 3 months. This role will involve exposure to senior leadership team, and will be ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to work towards continuous improvement and driving change.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the consolidation process to ensure information is provided to stakeholders within a timely manner
- Assist with maintenance and development of new system implementation
- Review the department's performance each quarter, including improving the process by which departments present and explain periodic results
- Responsible for the delivery of ad-hoc projects to support continuous improvement of external reporting
- Collaborate with senior leadership to build and implement effective financial policies and procedures on technical accounting queries
- Lead the audit process, delivering statutory accounts and reporting within required time frame
The ideal candidate:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong technical accounting experience with a focus on controls, processes and continuous improvement
- Proven track record in challenging senior stakeholders and to operate with impact and influence
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
The client is offering c£400 and hybrid working model.
