Tradewind Recruitment are working with a Good Alternative Provision in Blackpool who are seeking a hardworking, ambitious, and resilient Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from January 2025.

As a Behaviour Specialist TA, you will:

• Support pupils across KS3-KS4 in small groups to enhance learning, progress and engagement.

• Work closely with students with SEN, SEMH and behavioural needs, including those with EHCPs.

• Provide stability, encouragement and positive behaviour support to help pupils achieve their potential.

Although experience is beneficial, the school welcomes applicants with the right attitude-patience, determination and a passion for supporting young people.
