Responsibilities:

Lead small group interventions and support classroom activities, demonstrating expertise in your subject area.
Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance, including those with special educational needs.
Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress, working collaboratively with teaching staff.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.Requirements:

Relevant qualification as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
Previous experience working within a school environment is desired but not essential.
Passion for supporting children's education and development.
