They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Contentious Probate to manage their distinguished department working alongside the lead partner.

The Role:

As the Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor, your role will encompass:

• Managing the contentious probate department alongside the partner, driving excellence in legal service delivery.
• Managing a broad spectrum of complex contentious probate cases, including will disputes, estate administration disputes, and trust disputes.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, enhancing the firm’s reputation and business growth.
• Networking and CRM efforts for the department.
• supervising and guiding a small team of junior solicitors and support staff.

About you

• Qualified solicitor with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in contentious probate.
• Proven expertise in handling intricate contentious probate cases.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with a natural flair for client interaction.
• Client-centric approach.
