You will be responsible for develop and implementing strategies and processes to empower the sales team to meet targets and grow the business.

The Role:

Team management through leading, mentoring, and driving development
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure sales handovers are smooth and clients receive excellent service
Conduct regular performance reviews to set KPIs and provide development plans
Monitor the sales process to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulationsThe Person:
