Finance Manager, £45,000-£50,000, Part Time or Full Time, Birmingham, HybridGreenwell Gleeson are working with a relaxed but professional people business who are based just on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this medium sized business as they recruit for a Finance Manager.This role will suit someone who is either looking Part-Time 30hrs per week across 5 days or Full Time 37.5hrs per week. This is a hybrid role, offering 3 days working in the office and 2 days from home.Reporting to: Finance Director/Group of DirectorsDuties/ResponsibilitiesMonitor the day- to-day financial operations within the company (sales ledger, purchase ledger, aged debt, cash flow management, bank reconciliation)Process all financial transactions for the Group of companiesLiaise with the accountants (who produce the monthly management accounts)Monitor project finances and purchase order requirementsSet up weekly & monthly bank paymentsProvide monthly and annual ad hoc financial reports to the DirectorsManagement and processing of company expenses and credit card statementsSet up and checking new Client DetailsSupport Directors with annual insurance renewal processSupport the HR and Compliance Manager and accountants with processing of monthly payrollAttendance at Quarterly Board meetingsMonitoring and Review of suppliers & contractsDesired Knowledge/Skills and ExperiencePrevious financial management experience is essentialExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong business sense and commercial awarenessMeticulous attention to detailExcellent planning and organisational skillsExperience of using XeroStrong Excel skillsExperience of or ability to learn the Rapport software systemGreenwell Gleeson Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
